Spring invites us to begin again — to plant new seeds, embrace growth, and connect with fresh energy.
This 6-week Yoga Foundations series is designed to help you build (or rebuild) the fundamentals of your yoga practice with clarity, confidence, and support.
Perfect for those who are new to yoga or returning after time away, this course will:
▪️Teach foundational postures, alignment, and breathwork
▪️ Provide tools for mindfulness and relaxation
▪️ Support your confidence to join group classes with safety and ease
For seasoned practitioners, it’s an opportunity to return to the roots with a “beginner’s mind”, refining your practice and deepening embodiment of yoga both on and off the mat.
