In our modern world, we are conditioned not to move, at least not to move much or move freely. This norm dries out our vitality and creativity!

The demands of life often leave our bodies tense and rigid, our hearts heavy and silent, our minds clouded and weary, our souls dormant and numb. We quickly forget that our bodies are meant to be fluid and free, our hearts to be open and expressive, our minds to be clear and focused, our souls to be alive and creative, and the spirit within us to be home.Are you like me, feeling the constant thirst for greater freedom, awareness, and creativity?

As someone who's learned and practiced many holistic healing crafts, I find that conscious movement practices nourisheds our body and heart in a significant way. When I move with awareness, every part of me — body, heart, mind, soul, and spirit — is called to be present and engaged, awakening me to a state of fluidity, sovereignty, vibrancy, and coherence. It is my hope, vision, and commitment to make this awakening possible to my fellow humans.

As a holistic healer and a Somatic Psychotherapist in training, I'm committed to creating a trauma-sensitive and inclusive space for all bodies. My 5Rhythms ® classes are rooted in deep relational mindfulness, noursihing embodied presence to be a doorway to come home to yourself.

Qibei is 5RTA Accredited Teacher. Her classes and workshops can be counted as prerequisite hours towards the 5Rhythms® Teacher Training path.
