This event is open to all who are medically fit, independently mobile & can participate without assistance. This is not suitable if you suffer from a severe heart or brain condition, in your 1st trimester or have epilepsy including sound epilepsy. If there’s any doubt as to whether you are medical fit, a medical clearance letter from a qualified health practitioner will be required prior to attending this event. Be aware that your health & safety is your own responsibility, so it’s important to listen carefully to the guidance given & to adjust your practice to suit your individual limitations to make sure that no injury occurs. Participants are encouraged to be aware of how they’re feeling during the event & encouraged to rest as needed. In terms of physical exertion, Qigong is similar to walking.
