Come celebrate International Observe the Moon Night with us!
Members of the San Antonio Astronomical Association and park staff will be on site with their telescopes to point out the moon, constellations, planets and more.
Drop-in any time between 7:30pm and 9:30pm!
All ages are welcome!
Where: This event will be held in the large overflow parking lot (just up the road from the big river parking lot). Look for the big blue "Stargazing Tonight" sign on the park road just across from this parking lot. Please dim your headlights when approaching the parking lot.
Bring: Your family, curiosity, and binoculars/telescope, if you would like.
Cost: Free with park admission; Adults: $7, Children 12 & under: Free
If you arrive after hours and do not have an existing day pass reservation, please use the self-pay station in the parking lot of the park office to pay your entrance fee in cash or write down your Texas State Parks Pass information on the self-pay envelope. You can also make a "day use" reservation online and pay with your credit card at: texasstateparks.reserveamerica.com
