About the event

Critical Thinking and Practical Problem Solving
Critical thinking and problem solving are key competencies for leaders and teams to manage complexity, foster innovation, and create a culture of continuous learning

In this course, you will learn how to develop an open and collaborative mindset that promotes objective analysis and sound decision-making. You will also gain practical tools and methods that you can apply in your daily work to lead effective discussions and processes that strengthen trust, collaboration, and problem-solving skills within your team.

You will learn:
What critical thinking is and how it contributes to a strong culture of collaboration and innovation.

How to become aware of your own attitudes, biases, and thought patterns that may hinder objective problem understanding.

How to use effective communication methods to promote open and solution-oriented dialogue.

Practical application of methods to explore the real nature of a problem, including the 5 Whys method, cause-and-effect diagrams, and structured problem definition.

Use of practical methods and tools for problem solving, idea development, and prioritization, as well as creative and analytical approaches.

What defines a good learning culture and how you can contribute to collaborative problem solving in your role.
