Two-Part Program Series with Storyteller Anne Shelby!

Join us for an event with acclaimed Appalachian author and teller, Anne Shelby, on Monday, August 5th!

Born in Berea and raised amidst the rich oral traditions of Southeastern Kentucky, Anne Shelby brings to life tales inspired by her childhood and the heritage of Appalachia. Her stories, whether traditional folk tales or her unique "Tales with a Twist," attract audiences of all ages. Shelby's celebrated work includes the picture book The Man Who Lived in a Hollow Tree and the award-winning collection The Adventures of Molly Whuppie and Other Appalachian Folktales.

There will be two parts of this program series:

Children's Show
1:00 PM - 2:30 PM

Older Children & Adult Show
5:30 PM - 7:00 PM
