Wear comfortable, quick drying clothes that allow for freedom of movement. Athletic or yoga apparel is recommended.

All SUP activities are WEATHER PERMITTING. Safety is our #1 priority. Inclement weather includes but not limited to rain, threat of storms, cold temps, air quality issues and wind that are considered unsuitable for SUP yoga.
