Mushroom Exploration Hike + Yoga & Picnic

Join us for a day of hiking, foraging, yoga, and delicious plant-based food surrounded by nature!

What’s Included:
Guided 3-mile hike with mushroom foraging in their natural habitat — led by Brandon Owen of I See Fungi, plus a 30-minute yoga class in nature with 90 Degrees Yoga and Vegan & gluten-free picnic lunch from Sun Belly Cafe!

Optional visit to waterfalls or scenic spots after lunch

Schedule:
9:00 AM: Meet at Sun Belly Cafe parking lot (carpooling or solo travel welcome)
9:00–10:30 AM: Drive to location
10:30 AM–12:30 PM: Hike & forage
12:30–1:30 PM: Yoga & picnic lunch
1:30 PM: Optional waterfalls exploration or return to Greenville

No yoga or foraging experience required — just bring your curiosity and love for the outdoors!
