Whether you're a homeowner, farm, nonprofit, or small business, skyrocketing energy costs are affecting everyone these days. Chris Woolery, Energy Projects Coordinator at Mountain Association, will lead a community conversation about different ways to lower your utility bills. Learn how to do your own DIY efficiency projects, whether solar might work for you, what to look for when hiring a contractor, and where utility programs and other incentives are available to help.
There will be a discussion with time for Q&A. After class, if the weather is cooperative, attendees can also take an outside tour of the solar systems and EV charging station located on the farm (please dress for the outdoors, including mudboots, if you'd like to participate).
Class is FREE, but limited to 20 participants so please register. Recommended for 13 and older. If you have registered and can no longer attend, PLEASE CANCEL your registration so that someone else may take your place. Please note that this event takes place up a flight of stairs. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
