September Saucha Challenge

Join Lynn for a 4 week deep dive on Saucha, one of the Yamas & Niyamas, focused on purity. We will focus on weekly meditations, breath work, movement, rituals and a personal goal (e.g. no complaining) to put our own emphasis on what “purity” means to us. This is not about “detoxing” or restriction; it’s about cleansing the body, mind & soul in a sustainable way.
