Fall Forest Connection walk

Come join me at Park Springs Park for a slow, intentional meander through beautiful Park Springs Park where we will usher in this new season.
If you've never done a forest bathing walk before you're in for a treat! Don't worry! No swimming is involved (unless you feel a strong need to get into the creek then feel free).
What can you expect and not expect?
First let's say it's not a hike. We aren't trying to get anywhere, we're noticing "here". We only go 1/4 to 1/2 mile max.
While we are in a group, you will be given "invitations" or prompts which you will do with just you and the land. We will come back together as a group between invitations but this is about YOUR connection to place.
Our session will end with a group Forest Tea Gathering where we will celebrate our time on the land, with each other, and with ourselves.
