Energy in Motion Qigong and Sound Bath

Join us for a one-of-a-kind evening where gentle movement meets immersive sound. This 1 hour 45 minute workshop blends the ancient practice of Qigong — a graceful series of flowing postures, mindful breathing, and meditative awareness — with the deep, resonant frequencies of a live sound bath.


Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) is an ancient Chinese healing art designed to cultivate and balance the body’s vital life force, or “Qi.” Through gentle, mindful movements, participants will release tension, improve energy flow, and invite a profound sense of presence and inner peace.

After 44 minutes of Qigong, we’ll transition into a 44-minute sound and breath experience. Kandice will guide you through intentional breathing and bathe the room in the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, gong, ocean drum, and other instruments. The vibrations work on a cellular level to encourage deep relaxation, emotional release, and energetic alignment. We’ll end with a short transition period to gently bring you back to waking awareness.
