Bentonville Sunrise Soundbath w/ Cocoon Yoga Lab

Begin your Sunday in peace and presence with Awaken & Align, a sunrise sound bath led by Tammy Mores, founder of Cocoon. Set outdoors on the downtown Bentonville Square, this early morning experience invites you to awaken gently through breath, stillness, and the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls.

As the first light of day rises around us, you’ll be guided into a state of deep calm and energetic alignment—nourishing body, mind, and spirit.

What to bring:
- Yoga mat or beach towel to lay on
- Blanket and pillow to cozy up with
- Eye covering (eye pillow or small towel) for deeper relaxation
