Welcome to the Abbi Haywood Fitness Member Event

Location- Death or Glory Training Club, NE12 9SZ

Join us for a fun and energizing workout session led by yours truly, Abbi Haywood.

We have a quick educational session on everything you need to know when it comes to training and nutrition followed by a Qand A. This is your opportunity to ask anything you need to help you on your own fitness journey.

We will then complete a group workout all together where I will taek part along side you ad led by a guest coach with a diffrent skill set - tbc

Throughout the day there will be select prizes and goody bags for each attendee and the chance to chat to each other and get to know others that are on the same journey as you.

This in-person event is exclusively for my amazing members, so get ready to learn, laugh, and get a little sweat on with a supportive community of like-minded fitness enthusiasts.
