Vibration & Restoration

Come for some Restoration this January 31st!

We will create a restful and supportive Restorative Yoga practice enhanced with energetic vibrations of Reiki and sonic vibrations of the Sacred Sound Instruments. ✨🎶

Restorative Yoga uses lots of props to hold you in a supported shape so energy circulates and muscles let go and relax! It should feel like being held in a warm hug 🤗☀️

Each pose will enhanced with reiki energy work and sound instruments for a powerful, but gentle reset for your nervous system. 🕊️

The final pose will be an extended, supported Savasana with an extended sound journey… expect to taste some bliss! 😴💝
