Wear your best pride attire, and join us to embody PRIDE as we flow through a fun vinyasa class together! 💖 Open your heart, embrace your pride, and celebrate community as we flow through sun sals and warrior dances, building radiance and energy as we sync breath and movement.

🌟Attune to Pride this month, and come flow with me! All levels, identities, and bodies are welcome here! We'll celebrate the connection to self and come together to reflect on what pride means to you.
