UN'WINE'D: APRIL YOGA FLOW

Come find empowerment together as we flow through a powerful and energizing vinyasa flow!

What is included?

🌸Tickets for the event are $25, and include access to the one hour yoga class and an included wine pour or non-alcoholic beverage option.

🌸The class will be a vinyasa style yoga sequence that will begin with a powerful reflection and meditation, allowing space for morning breathwork together. Vinyasa is a powerful harmonic flow that syncs breath with movement. This includes movement that invites activation and strength building (getting into and stimulating the muscles - sun sal flows and warrior dances), while allowing space for moving meditation, as we center back to our intentions together during the practice.

🌸Mats are available to borrow if needed.

🌸End class with a social hour, as you mingle and enjoy a beverage.
