🔥 “Awaken the Flame Within” (2-hour Chakra Balancing Workshop)
Arrival & Intention Setting
- Welcome participants with soft grounding music, 432Hz or chakra-tuned frequencies.
- Offer a few drops of essential oil or chakra-specific mists to anchor the senses.
- Invite each person to write one word on a notecard representing what they’re releasing today.

Gentle Chakra-Flow Yoga
- A flowing sequence that visits each chakra in order, incorporating associated colors, affirmations, and visualizations.
- End in child’s pose with a gentle humming of LAM, the root chakra seed sound, building toward the crown.
Guided Meditation & Chakra Alignment
- Lead participants through a calming guided meditation, visualizing the chakras as spinning wheels of light.
- Include imagery like waterfalls of healing light or the lotus blooming at each energy center.
Alchemy Sound Journey
- Singing bowls, gongs and tuning forks tuned to each chakra.
- Layer in heartbeat drums or koshi chimes—something primal and celestial combined.
Phoenix Ashes Letter Ritual
- Participants write a heartfelt letter to the version of themselves they’re releasing—especially the “wounded” or “imbalanced” chakra versions.
- Burn in a safe cauldron or fireproof dish while playing soft drumming or Phoenix-themed music.
- Offer a feather or obsidian stone to symbolize rebirth and protection.
Integration & Rebirth Movement
- Invite free movement or ecstatic-style dance to rise from the ashes—celebrating new energy and balance.
- Option: Include empowering mantras like “I rise. I reclaim. I remember who I am.”
Closing Circle & Blessing
- Invite shares, offer a closing affirmation, and anoint with a symbolic oil (like myrrh, rose, or sandalwood).
- Gift a small take-home token—a mini chakra stone or a Phoenix affirmation card.
