Join Nealey Oltman for a gentle flow yoga class designed to help you feel relaxed, rejuvenated, and restored. With a focus on stretching, strengthening, and mindful movement, Nealey creates a welcoming space for all levels. Her classes are perfect for those seeking to build flexibility, find calm, and reconnect with their bodies. After class, enjoy a bagel bar and yogurt parfait, prepared by Chef Hill from our Cider House & Tasting Room.

Nealey, a certified RYT 200 yoga instructor, began her yoga journey five years ago and completed her certification in 2024. As a busy mom and wife, she understands the importance of finding balance and tranquility in daily life. Her teaching style emphasizes cultivating calmness, strength, and a sense of accomplishment, making yoga accessible and beneficial for everyone.
