A 3-Week Movement Series for Self-Connection and Expression

Your body holds wisdom—stories, emotions, and truths that words often can't reach. This May, join us for Embodied Journey: Movement as a Path to Wholeness, a 3-part series where movement becomes your language for healing, presence, and integration.

Rooted in Laban Movement Analysis and Internal Family Systems (IFS), this experience invites you to explore who you are beneath the surface—through sensation, expression, and deep listening to the body.

Each week will include:
🌀 Guided movement prompts (both functional and expressive)
🧠 Brief teachings to frame our work
🎨 Integration through drawing or journaling
🗣️ Optional group sharing in a safe, confidential space

This is an invitation to come as you are—no movement background needed, just a willingness to explore.

When: Mondays, May 5th, 12th, and 19th
Time: 7:00–8:30 PM

Cost: $150 for the full series
