Flow & Dance in the Park!

Come move your body outdoors this summer and meet new friends at our FREE dance meetup and community potluck picnic!

What to bring:
* Family, kids, friends, picnic blankets, a snack/non-alcoholic drink to share, water bottles
* Flow props to dance with (dancing fans, poi, flags, dancing scarves, etc), or simply enjoy moving your body in space.
* Comfortable shoes to dance in, or a mat for dancing barefoot on park surfaces (optional).
* Hand drums are welcome if you're inspired!
A dance playlist will be provided and we’ll have a few props available to share. No dance experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome.
