Navigating Nutrition in the Wild World of Sport is one of the first sessions in our brand-new Athlete Advantage series — here to fuel, inspire, and empower athletes on the court, on the field, in the gym, and beyond.

In this session, we’ll hear from Dr Naomi Fitzpatrick — an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and Accredited Sports Dietitian. Naomi brings a strong focus on inclusive nutrition practices, particularly within sport, as well as expertise in sustainable approaches to eating and performance.



We’ll explore key topics including:

🥗 How to fuel your body for training and competition

🔁 Optimising recovery through smart nutrition choices

🦴 Using diet to assist in preventing bone stress injuries

Naomi will also be joined by Patrick Blood, an Exercise Physiologist, who will add further insight and pose thoughtful questions to enrich the conversation and ensure practical takeaways for athletes, coaches, and parents alike.
