Every Wednesday night in August Le Foyer presents Boeuf Bourguignon and a glass of Bordeaux for $48

Rich, slow-braised Boeuf Bourguignon made with melt-in-your-mouth beef cheek, earthy Swiss brown mushrooms, and crisp golden lardons, all simmered in a deep red wine jus. Served over silky, buttery pommes purée that soaks up every drop of the luscious sauce — it's rustic French comfort food, elevated to perfection paired with a 2018 Bordeaux.
