In this workshop, we will be tuning into the frequency of joy and inspiration that is available within us and around us at all times. Are you feeling stuck? Uninspired? Wanting to move forward on a project or manifestation and not sure how? During this workshop, you will learn tools and embodiment practices that will get you back in touch with your flow state so that you can access your infinite well of inspiration and come home to your true essence. We will begin with a grounding and journaling exercise, followed by a brief and accessible movement practice that will activate joy in the body. We will end with a nourishing Yoga Nidra meditation that will help you release self doubt and step into inspiration, joy, and love.
What to bring: A yoga mat, journal, pen, and anything else you would like for comfort (pillow, blanket, eye mask, etc.)
