School’s Out Rock Show w/ Hella Shy & Punk Lab

Music Flow is bringing the youth for this high-energy showcase of our most advanced young rockers from our music school. Hella Shy will be serving up plenty of classic rock & 90’s alternative tunes, while Punk Lab will be rocking their hard-rock / alt-metal genres for a night of epic proportions. Proceeds from this event will support music equipment needs to continue to serve our teen rock band program.

Music Flow has been serving Central Oregon with private & group music lessons for a variety of instruments over the past 10 years. Band Descriptions...


Hella Shy is a Music Flow student rock band comprised of Lily Miller (guitar/vocals), Wylam Klein (guitar), Ellia Soto (bass), Obie Stringer (keys), and Orion Stringer (drums). These rockers have been learning music individually since a young age, coalescing into a full-fledged rock band as of 2023. Hella Shy performs a very bold mix of classic rock and 90’s alternative tunes that bring the house down. They have performed on the some big stages over the past year, notably a big Munch & Music show that put them on the map in 2024. These kids may be "hella-shy", but their instruments are quite extroverted and do all the talking!


Punk Lab is a Music Flow student rock band comprised of Bobby Bloom (guitar/vocals), Connor Huet (bass), Tristan Huet (drums), with instructor Andy Jacobs (guitar/vocals). These boys have been great friends since they were little, and began to form their band in 2019. These rockers dominate their alt--metal and hard rock genres with a powerful and tenacious sound.


Parker & Lily Duo: These two rockers from Music Flow student bands Young Guns (Parker) and Hella Shy (Lily) have combined forces to provide a mind-blowing acoustic experience of nostalgic covers. They have both been playing instruments and singing from a very young age, and have now formed their duo as of 2025. Their very first gig was in front of an audience of 300+ people at a recent youth rock show fundraiser. Between Parker’s electrifying stage presence, and Lily’s acoustic creativity with vocal harmonies, the sky is the limit for this young duo!


Mac Schlaadt: Mac is a rising star in our performance programs between her solo abilities and rock band experience. Mac plays an eclectic mix of rock / pop covers that you won’t want to miss!
