Join us for a transformative day retreat facilitated by Avery, Hayley, Emily, and Khyra - an experience designed to reset your nervous system and ignite your spirit. The day unfolds with intentional community connection, a powerful breathwork journey, grounding yoga, deep meditation, and a nature-based activity  to leave you feeling grounded. You'll awaken your energy through ecstatic dance and close the day in a reflective circle with like-minded souls.

Meet Your Hosts

Throughout the day, you’ll be supported by a team of four dedicated, experienced facilitators: Avery Smith, Hayley Salyers, Emily Tighe and Khyra Wilhelm. Each facilitator brings their own unique background, skill set and expertise to the retreat. From yoga and breathwork to nature-based mindfulness to somatic healing to creative expression, our diverse skills allow us to offer personalized support and guidance.
