Free Outdoor Yoga Flow!

Come kick off our outdoor summer yoga season by joining us for our Free Outdoor Yoga Flow Event! Experience the wonderful feeling of yoga in the beautiful outdoors as we move together while enjoying the sunshine and fresh air. All levels are welcome for this free Yoga Flow class. You’ll build heat, endurance, flexibility, and strength as we move and breathe through smooth pose-to-pose transitions. End class feeling completely rejuvenated! Check-in and the event is held on the Free Spirit Yoga Grass, next to the Deschutes River Trail and near the Pastini Restaurant in the Old Mill District.
