Bend: Resist Maga!

Beginning immediately, we’ll meet every Tuesday at 5:00 PM outside the Social Security Administration (SSA) office on Franklin Avenue, a prominent location to continue our action. The event will be referred to as Resist MAGA Tuesdays.

Our venue has changed, and our purpose has expanded. Our protest now speaks more broadly to a growing concern: the use of extreme wealth by Elon Musk and other billionaires to distort democracy, undermine public institutions, and disadvantage everyday Americans.

From political donations and media manipulation to attacks on public infrastructure and worker protections, these ultra-wealthy individuals are consolidating power in ways that harm our communities.
