Samson is here raising money for his nonprofit, Humanure Kenya ( https://humanurekenya.co.ke) which helps improve sanitation in Kenyan slums, schools, and rural areas. Power Beats is an exhilarating variation of Namaspa's signature Power Flow classes; Power Beats invites you into a studio full of playful and colorful lighting. Lose yourself in the heat-building vinyasa flow as the hypnotic sounds of curated musical inspiration imbues students of all skill levels with the momentum to reach new heights in their own practice. Discover new music and new limits each week! On the first Friday of each month, our Power Beats class is free, so bring a friend!
