What You Can Expect at Peter’s Clinics:
Peter begins by gaining a clear picture of your experience, insights on your horse, and your goals. From there, he carefully assesses your horse’s current state—its confidence, focus, responsiveness, and levels of tension.
Peter identifies the specific areas that need work, then tailors exercises to help your horse gain clarity, confidence, and unity. His approach is always thoughtful, individualized, and aimed at creating sustainable results for both horse and handler.
Individual 1:1 Lessons at Every Clinic
Peter offers personalized one-on-one lessons at every clinic, focusing specifically on the needs of each horse and rider partnership. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced rider at the top of your game, Peter’s clinics are suitable for all levels.
All riders are welcome—no matter your discipline, experience level, or goals with horses. Peter’s approach is grounded in a deep understanding of each horse and rider, without relying on rigid methods or industrialized horsemanship. Instead, he teaches you how to think critically about the behaviors your horse is displaying, empowering you to address challenges more effectively and build a stronger partnership.
Clinic Facilities:
Benalla Equestrian Centre Under Cover Arena
Limited to 8 participants, this clinic promises a hands-on experience where Peter will spend a minimum of one hour with each participant and their horse each day, beginning at 8 a.m. sharp.
Group Learning:
Peter encourages attendees to observe, take notes, and ask questions throughout all lessons. This is a great opportunity to learn by watching others and expanding your understanding of good horsemanship.
Fence-Sitting:
People that aren’t able to bring a horse to the clinic are encouraged to come and fence sit. Fence-sitting is free for this clinic, but please note, it will incur a fee for future clinics.
Cost Breakdown:
$450 for the 3 days
Horse Yards: $10 open or $20 covered per night - paid on arrival
Camping: $10 non-powered or $20 powered per night - paid on arrival
Please indicate your yard and camping preferences when responding. We appreciate that some participants may also prefer to stay off site.
$100 deposit required when booking to secure your place in the clinic. Deposit refundable until Monday 19th May 2025.
Payment in full $450 required by Monday 19th May 2025.
Any participants unable to secure a space will be placed on a wait list.
