About the event

Self Defense Seminar

Join us at the Bemidji Total Martial Arts Academy Saturday August 2nd at 9am-11am for Self Defense Skills and Drills. We will be covering situational awareness, standing offense and defense drills, and groundwork defense.

The easiest self defense tool to carry and use is you.

Class will be $15 for the general public, or $10 if you are already enrolled at our gym.
