Join us for a 6-week Mindful Run (or walk) series designed to help you explore the connection between movement, breath, and the energetic centers of the body known as chakras. Each 90-minute session will feature a blend of dynamic warm-up drills, running/walking intervals, and warm-down stretching, along with discussion and self-inquiry —bringing ancient wisdom to your weekly miles.
We’ll focus on one or more chakras each week, using that theme to inform your run/walk, stretches, and reflective practices. Whether you're new to chakras or looking to deepen your mind-body connection, this series will leave you feeling more aligned, empowered, and present in your body and life.
