Clear your plans because this is a magical full moon paddle you are not going to want to miss. Come paddle into the sunset and watch the full moon rise!
Canoes, kayaks, and paddleboards are all welcome.
Bring your coolers, snacks, drinks, dinner... whatever makes you happy.
🌊 SAFETY NOTE:
I know many of us are feeling uneasy after the recent flooding across Central Texas. I want to reassure you that Lake Belton is currently stable, with no flooding forecasted, and Friday’s weather looks sunny and dry. I’ll continue to monitor the lake level and conditions and will post any updates here. Your safety matters most.
🧡 GIFT CARD DRIVE:
We’re also turning this event into a flood relief effort for families displaced by the devastating floods in Burnet County. If you feel led, please bring a gift card to HEB, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe's, or a pre-paid Visa
These cards will be hand-delivered directly to displaced families in Burnet County by a trusted friend- someone who personally lost everything in the 2018 Marble Falls flood and is deeply committed to helping others now.
Even a small gesture can make a big difference.
Remember that, by law, you must carry one bright white light. Head lamps are great for this. Don't forget your life jacket.
I'll have plenty of red & green glowsticks for anyone who wants some.
Meet at Rogers Park at 7:30 to launch. We'll plan to be on the water by 8.
There’s nothing quite like gliding across the water at sunset and under the glow of the full moon to help you de-stress, connect with nature, boost your mood, and help you get an incredible night's sleep!
This will be more of a social paddle than an active paddle. Come float, breathe, and recharge with us under the stars.
See you soon!
