This interactive 2-hour workshop is for moms and their birth partners who want to feel confident, informed, and supported. You'll get hands-on instruction from an experienced Doula and Student Midwife who’s just another mom passionate about helping families have powerful, informed births.
I believe birth education should teach you how to navigate your birth, not how to be a good patient. You have choices. You have rights.

Even if you're planning for an epidural or a scheduled C-section, things don’t always go as planned. Epidurals can fail. Plans can shift. This class helps you prepare for the unexpected, understand your options, and know how to speak up, even if you’re not feeling contractions.
