VE Day 80th Anniversary Celebration
Join The VE Day 80th Anniversary Celebration at Croots Farm Shop!

Commemorate this historic occasion with a party atmosphere, live music, historical displays and traditional wartime activities.

Live Entertainment:
Performance by Crescendo Choir, singing wartime classics.
Children’s Poster Competition – Local children will design posters for VE Day, which will be displayed at the event.
Historical Photo Display – A collection of wartime-era photographs from village residents and local care homes.
Wartime Games

Food & Drink:
Barbecue with a selection of food.
Drinks available throughout the evening.

Beacon Lighting at 9:30 PM:
Part of the national programme of beacon lightings across the UK.

Entry Fee:
£3 per person – All proceeds go to Hope for Heroes.
