Contemporary Dance Beginner Taster Workshop

Join our Summer Dance Tasters in the Co-create Space inside the Co-op in Belper!

Experience the freedom of movement in contemporary dance with MSDC Dance as you move through space with energy, expression, and joy!

This fun, vibrant open-level taster session invites adults of all abilities to explore contemporary dance in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Moving to an eclectic mix of music, we'll find rhythm, flow and connection in movement.

Whether you're completely new or returning to dance, this session is a great way to build confidence, improve posture, balance, coordination and strength. Come as you are and express yourself freely!
