Notice Of Transition Belper's Annual General Meeting: Wednesday 16th July
Transition Belper’s AGM will take place on Wednesday 16th July at 7pm at Number 28, The Market Place, Belper.
All Transition Belper members and others interested are warmly invited and, as always, we will be providing food and light refreshments.
We are currently seeking a new Treasurer, a Secretary, and Directors for Transition Belper CIC: expressions of interest in any of these roles are very welcome. We would also welcome people from the local community that might have a few hours a month to join us at our Directors' meetings.

Please note that only members have the right to vote at our AGM. If you are a member and cannot attend the AGM in person you have the right to appoint a proxy who can represent you at the meeting and vote in your stead.

Add an item to the agenda,
Put themselves forward as a Director or wishes to nominate another member for the post of Director,
Exercise their right to appoint a proxy to attend the AGM on their behalf,
