S'more Miles

Welty invites you out to Big Hill Park for our S’more Miles fitness outing! Come out and take part in our 3k trail run through the park and log relays. Additionally, for those looking for a more leisurely experience, we will have nature yoga, and a guided prairie walk. These activities will be run by Welty staff along with fitness professionals in the realm of exercise science and yoga. We will end the night with a campfire and smores for all participants!
