Event Description:
Join us for the 3rd Annual Back to School Community Health Fair, a collaborative, family-focused event proudly led by the School District of Beloit and Community Action, Inc., in partnership with numerous local organizations. Now in its third year, this initiative is designed to ensure that students and families are well-prepared for the upcoming school year by providing access to essential health services and valuable community resources.
In addition to offering free immunizations, vision screenings, and dental assessments, the event distributes stuffed backpacks filled with essential school supplies to help students start the year equipped for success. Families also have the opportunity to pre-register students for school on-site, making the event a one-stop resource for back-to-school readiness.
Through this event, local partners come together to promote wellness, educational preparedness, and community connection—reflecting a shared commitment to supporting the youth of Beloit in a meaningful and impactful way.
