Let's raise the vibration of our community! Join Shane Elks for a special Sound Bath Meditation benefiting the Cory Miller for Belmont Mayor campaign. All proceeds of registrations will go directly to the campaign. Prior to the meditation, come meet Cory at Belmont Yoga to chat about all things Belmont!

There is no physical movement for the meditation. Bring a mat/blanket, and any props you prefer to use.
