Costumes
Costumes are welcome and encouraged!
Activities
Various puzzle and game activities will be occurring throughout the day. We may do a costume contest if people are really showing out.
Food
Food is potluck, this is your chance to make the middle earth dish you've always dreamed of. Please let us know what you are bringing in advance and let us know about any allergies. The lodge has a fridge, toaster oven, and a sink but currently no working stove or oven.

Seating & Accessibility
The lodge has plenty of seating in the form of metal chairs, which are not the most cozy for spending many marathoning hours watching movies. We recommend you bring camp chairs or flip-out mattresses and pillows- whatever you need to make yourself a cozy spot.
Access to the building is via a set of stairs and unfortunately there are no lifts. You need to either walk up ~4 stairs into the front entrance and then down a flight of ~20 stairs into the function hall, or you need to walk around the side of the building to the back entrance and up ~1 stair and down ~8 steps to the function hall.
Parking
There is no parking lot, but there is plentiful free street parking in front of the building and down the nearby side streets.
