Ready, Set, Jump!
Welcome to Ready, Set, Jump! - the ultimate Double Dutch jump rope event for all adrenaline junkies out there! Get ready to challenge yourself and push your limits in this thrilling experience. Whether you're a seasoned jumper or a first-timer, this event is perfect for all levels. So, gather your friends and family, and join us for a day filled with good music, excitement and fun! This event is Free with a $5 donation required for registration. Ages 7 and up.
This event is hosted & sponsored by L'Ements Health & Beauty and co-hosts are K. Luxe Transportation and Par Eagle Duo- All are black female owned businesses.
Info: Never heard of Double Dutch? Want to see proper techniques on how to jump and turn rope? Don't miss this Diva-stating Demo from the hosts of the event! Come prepared to ask questions and learn a brand new skill!
Info: Lets see what you know! Never jumped Double Dutch before? No worries, you wont be alone. We will use this time to see everyone's level of experience and break off into 6 groups based on jumping skills.
Info: Healthy light snacks will be provided. Please feel free to bring specific items you may like to snack on.
Info: This will be everyone's chance to work hand and hand with your teams and Team Leader on double dutch jump rope skills and prepare for the Jump Off competition that will be held at the end of the event. You will also be able to learn how to braid a double dutch rope.
Info: Its that time for the teams to face off in a friendly yet competitive Double Dutch competition! Go hard or Go home lol. Two Teams will be awarded winners- One beginners level team and one Skilled Level team will win.
Info: Final winners and awards will be announced, Open floor for final thoughts from the participants at this time and a Special Thanks will be provided
