We will be offering the property at auction in 6 parcels, in its entirety, or in any combination of the 6 parcels you might desire. Parcels range in size from approx. 5.5 up to approx. 98 acres. One 94 acre parcel (Parcel 3) contains the camp proper with all dormitories, kitchen facilities, meeting rooms, pool, cabins, etc. Parcel 4 contains a freestanding single family home on apprx. 5.5 acres. Parcels 1, 2 and 6 are smaller parcels suitable for building sites or hobby farms, and Parcel 5 is 98 acres of mostly forest land for ideal for development or recreational use.
