This workshop is suitable for all who are prepared to dive deep into the Principles, Methods and Techniques Of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Just as it is, Pure, Unchanged and effective today as it was centuries ago.

The Course Content will include Asana & Bandha technique and application, Pranayama & Bandha technique and application, Meditation and Mantra. Jonny brings, Love, Acceptance, Change, Humour and Paradox into the Energy of the class uniting the group as one coherent Shakti. You will leave feeling not only connected to others but everything around you.
