Students in this weekly class series will take part in scenes and monologues using techniques of the acting craft. They include learning how to play actions, objectives, sensory work, and other useful tools in acting truthfully under imaginary circumstances.

Instructor: Thomas Prosser
Instructor Bio:
The class will be led by Thomas Prosser, an experienced acting teacher. He has studied with Sanford Meisner, Sandra Seacat of the Actor’s Studio, and the Bay Area’s, Jean Shelton–whose acting school he co-founded. He is a former Artistic Director of the Eclectic Company Theater.
Mr. Prosser has extensive New York and Los Angeles theater credits. His television appearances include the Emmy winning drama, Hill Street Blues, as well as General Hospital, Santa Barbra, Divorce Court and Bay City Blues.
