For your maximum comfort create your own ‘nest to rest’ - bring:

• Bring a yoga mat and a cozy blanket
• Extra floor cushioning/padding or an extra blanket
• Bring a small pillow for your head to rest
• Additional props on site
• Optional: bring an eye pillow or cloth to cover your eyes
• Wear something comfortable to relax in

• Open doors about 20 minutes before event
• Seated, chair or reclined meditation welcome
