Etsuko is a classically trained pianist whose career has gracefully spanned the worlds of both classical and jazz music. After completing her studies at Musashino Music Academy in Tokyo, she continued her journey at Shorter College in Georgia, earning a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance with honors. Her passion for jazz took root under the guidance of composer and Ritz-Carlton pianist Dan Lawrence, shaping her expressive and improvisational style.
From Atlanta’s most refined venues to intimate garden soirées, Etsuko has performed as a soloist and ensemble player for countless occasions. Her music blends the sophistication of classical training with the soulful spontaneity of jazz, creating a uniquely captivating sound.
