Held: An Art Therapy Circle for Motherhood

A creative, supportive space to slow down, express what’s on your heart, and be witnessed in community. You’ll explore gentle art-making (no experience needed!) as a way to reconnect with yourself and feel grounded during the busyness of the season. This special event for mothers will be guided by Kelly Lynch, art therapist.
