Full Moon Sound Bath Meditation with Kristi

Our time together in sound supports deep listening, relaxes and nourishes your mind, body and spirit. Make time for self-care and unwinding to enjoy Woodstock Farm’s gorgeous grounds and bayside view overlooking the San Juan Islands, integrating the healing potency of nature and deep rejuvenation. Bring small pillow, warm blanket. Dress in layers.

Parking is limited, we highly encourage sharing a ride. Pre-registration required.
