Ecstatic Yoga Dance @ Flux w/ Cassidy & DJ Luke Rain

Join yoga teacher Cassidy Bristol, and DJ Luke Rain as they combine forces to weave the medicine of ecstatic dance with the structure of yoga asana. Guided meditation, somatic touch, and music led movement are a few of the tools we explore to access medicinal dance. This is a journey to contact our authentic self. With this connection in place, contact with others is approachable. That could be touch, eye contact, or just moving freely next to another human. This space offers the opportunity to connect with consent. The choice to remain in connection with just self is also celebrated.

Drop in with us. No experience needed. We will be on and off our mats with the invitation to move freely and share our discoveries. Wear breathable clothes, bring a water bottle and a mat. Limited mats are also available at the studio to rent.
